Today’s “Discipleship Challenge” is to give something away that is literally very valuable. I think there is amazing freedom to be had from exploring the gift of generosity. Jesus told us that the real joy in life is to give rather than receive. So often our worldly wealth just pulls us down turns us into slaves.

Take a moment and challenge the mean streak that all of us have inside.
Chase it,
shock it
bury it
break its hold
Go ahead
grab a bit of freedom
Give it away
with a smile
without regret

You will find it is just amazing what God does with people who take risks and take him at his word.
